HYROX Week 8

Welcome a Beyond performance HYROX Class!

Come join me on Fri, 22nd, 2024 at 7:15 PM at BMF Urban Battersea.  In week 7 I will cover everything you need to know about how to train for HYROX on a broader scale. Now this might not feel that useful 1 week out from London but if your planning on training for HYROX in the future Ill go through everything you need. 

A performance focused small group session dedicated to create a place for people to make push through their limits and go beyond what they thought possible.

All abilities welcome as long are you willing to push yourself!

Before you take part in any of our classes, you, the participant, must read, understand, and agree to the following:

1. I am taking part in Beyond Performance HYROX Club entirely at my own risk.
2. I accept that  Beyond Performance. (including its employees, officers, and directors) shall not be liable or responsible for anything related to or arising out of my participation in Beyond Performance HYROX Club, including, but not limited to, any injury, loss, or damage to myself, or any third party of property.
3. I am in good health, physically fit, and I am not aware of any physical or psychological reasons why I cannot take part in Beyond Performance HYROX Club.
4. I acknowledge and agree that any Beyond Performance HYROX Club activity in which I engage carries an inherent risk of potential accident or injury.
5. I am 18 years of age or older and competent to sign this Waiver and Release. I have read this Waiver and Release and I am familiar with and understand its contents.
6. By signing this Waiver and Release, I am agreeing to everything outlined in this document for all participation in these events going forward.
   
7. I am allowing Beyond Performance to the usage rights of my image online and on socials for a period that does not expire. (Please notify the photographer or Beyond Performance staff if you don't wish to be photographed).
